Tokenized Ship Management
Ecosystem.

A working ISM safety management system, not a plan for one — drills, crew lists and records filed daily, every one signed and tamper-evident. Ownership you can hold: profit-share bonds today, direct fractional ships next.

What this is

One ecosystem, three strengths

Everything a modern shipowner needs to run vessels, keep them inspection-ready, and share ownership — in one transparent platform.

📓

Live, efficient operations

No paperwork, no double admin — one digital logbook for every operation, run by DigiSMS.

🛠️

High asset quality

In partnership with ShipCheckAI we run DigiPMS, DigiReporting and DigiInspections — keeping every vessel inspection-ready.

🪙

Tokenized ownership

Today, ownership of the profits via compliant bonds (ERC-3643 · Arbitrum). Next, direct fractional ownership of the ships themselves — in build now.

The fleet · public

Three vessels, one open ledger

One active today, two in preparation. Status and economics are public — nothing hidden.

How it runs

The compliance is the product

Most owners buy a document system and hope it holds up. This one is built so the evidence is generated by the work, not written up afterwards.

SHA-256

Records cannot be altered

Every filed record is server-timestamped, signed and hash-chained to the one before it. Editing and deleting are blocked by the database itself, not by a policy someone can ignore. A mistake is superseded, never erased.

38

SOLAS drills, scheduled per ship

A catalogue of 38 drills with the regulation and the maximum interval attached to each. Filing a report is what moves the schedule — and any deficiency recorded goes straight into the company findings queue.

26

Controlled documents

Checklists and forms rendered from their real schemas, with an offline outbox. A form is only filed when the server has acknowledged it — never when the browser thinks so.

FAL 5

Crew lists from the passport itself

The Master reads the passport’s machine-readable zone and types two things: rank and sign-on date. The IMO crew list, the muster list and the drill roster are all derived from that one entry. Check digits catch a typo on board, not at a port desk.

Nightly

Nothing expires quietly

An automatic nightly check on certificates, crew certificates, drills, findings and acknowledgements. Expiry is found by the system, not by an inspector.

Per person

Every signature has a name behind it

Named accounts, not shared passwords. Access is scoped to a role and a vessel, and one person can be revoked in a single click without disturbing anybody else.

Auditors, Class and PSC can be given a scoped, read-only link that expires — no account, no access to anything outside its scope, and every read logged.

For investors

Own a share of the profits — soon, the ships

Today you own a share of the fleet’s profits through compliant bonds (ERC-3643 · Arbitrum), with transparent economics and half-yearly reporting. Direct fractional ownership of the vessels is in development. SRI 6/7 — capital at risk.
